The rig

First we apply a dry rub that is spicy and sweet, then we slow cook over hickory and charcoal, for 6-8 hours, until its so tender it melts in your mouth, Then served up Wet with a tomato based BBQ sauce. mm mm mm

We will be by Western Auto this Saturday for Labor day weekend, and we will be back by Western Auto for the next three Saturdays. Our last day for the season will be Sept. 25th so come out and see us before we go into hibernation.
