Check out the our New Menu and Calendar !!

First we apply a dry rub that is spicy and sweet, then we slow cook over hickory and charcoal, for 6-8 hours, until its so tender it melts in your mouth, Then served up Wet with a tomato based BBQ sauce. mm mm mm

The Pig is out of hibernation !!!
