Mike and Shannon are headed back to
Memphis to join their team ,"Piped for Pork", and to defend Mikes title
as World Champion in seafood at the Memphis
in May International Barbeque Cooking Contest, one of the most prestigious
cook offs on the planet ! Check back for pictures once they
return.

Mike bested 115 other entries in 2005, with a
halibut dish that incorporated El Sombrero's fajita sauce to become World Champ.
In 2006 he made the top 10 with 7th place in Seafood and His team "Piped
for Pork" got 19th out of 161 for their Pork Shoulder. Last year he took
back the Crown with a Perfect score. You can't top that but Mike is
headed back to see if he can match it again this May.
